Event: Habitat Improvements and Social Get Together April 2019
The Inland Empire Chapter of Pheasants Forever is actively involved in environmental and ecological habitat improvements that will not only benefit pheasants, but also benefit all wildlife in eastern Washington. We've made some significant improvements partnering with the Washington State Department of Fish and Wildlife, local property owners, and local businesses in the Revere and Packard Creek areas by managing non-native plants and weeds, planting desirable food plots to help pheasants throughout the year, especially for winter carryover. Our next planned event is being set for Saturday, April 13th, 2019. We are looking for volunteers that will help manage these wildlife areas by pulling old fences, helping with weed control and establishing food plots. Lunch will be provided to all attendees. If you are interested, please contact the Doug Koenig at (509) 850-1839 as soon as possible.
